Both sites have been thoroughly planned with careful attention to detail to reach new levels of engagement with your clients and customers.

The first-of-its-kind association site will be the primary source of information about our values, mission and objectives. Content has been carefully crafted regarding our role in elevating the real estate industry, the benefits of using a REALTOR®, its advocacy efforts in informing decision makers and stakeholders of real estate issues and providing insightful industry and market analyses.

Information about our various publications, links and information about the Commercial Division and its members, plus complete contact information for senior management and the board of directors will be available. New RECOM 360-assisted web chat capability will be implemented on both sites, providing a first-level line of communication between the public and the association.

Resources about various REALTOR®-led initiatives such as the Citizen’s Hall of Fame and REALTORS Care will have special section on the site, demonstrating the integral role our members have in the growth of our dynamic communities.

Further, information for companies about joining our association as an affiliate member or business partner will be accessible, along with resources and links regarding the education requirements involved in becoming a professional REALTOR®.

Our goal with the association site is to further our brand and our role within the Winnipeg Metropolitan Region real estate industry, and to serve as a resource for our market analyses, position papers and press releases. This new site will be found at www.winnipegrealtors.ca and scheduled to be launched August 15, 2018.

The Winnipeg Real Estate News site will be an evolution of the existing website, complete with a modern and dynamic graphic redesign. In addition to the comprehensive search capabilities currently enjoyed by our current users, the new site will have new content that greatly assists those exploring the housing market.

Information such as the steps of buying your first home, and the essential role a REALTOR®plays in every real estate transaction have been created. Additional resources for those moving to Winnipeg will also form a robust feature on the site. The new site content has been developed to advance the expertise of REALTORS® and their integral role to any real estate transaction.

Alongside access to the same comprehesive property information, a search function for information about specific REALTORS® and brokerages will be developed enabling greater engagement with your target market, buyers and sellers of real estate. A professionally designed dynamic interface for searching for property information, market releases, archived and current real estate and home related content gives your clients easy access to information that helps them in their home search.
