The Winnipeg Regional Real Estate Board represents over 2,500 Members in achieving high levels of excellence in organized real estate by providing superior tools and services that enhance and build a vibrant real estate industry. One of our most important contributions to organized real estate is our role as the premier source for all real estate market statistics on properties listed and sold on the MLS® System within the Winnipeg Metropolitan Region.
We provide robust analytics which include year-over-year comparative analysis, total market sales, new listings, sales–to-listing ratios and the average price within an area. These statistics are compiled monthly and available to both consumers and media.
Our monthly real estate performance updates summarize the Winnipeg Metropolitan Region MLS® market activity with key highlights.
February 2026 Real Estate Market Release
Residential detached average prices in February 2026 were statistically even with February 2025 while MLS® sales of 489 decreased 11% when compared to last year. Condominium average prices rose 4% to $284,086 and MLS® sales decreased 24% from February 2025. All MLS® 1 sales of 786 in February 2026 were down 11%, active All MLS® listings of 2,563 were down 8% and total MLS® dollar volume of over $314 million was down 10% from February 2025.
