MLS® sales to the end of May provides strong evidence of growing activity in the city’s downtown real estate market.
The 57 MLS® condominium listings that sold in May (10 more than June 2006) were only on the market an average of 19 days — nearly half the time condos sold on average throughout the entire WinnipegREALTOR® market area, which includes the city and surrounding municipalities.
