Chocolate fudge

Nothing says holidays like the smell of great food and being surrounded by family and loved ones. This holiday season, we asked our staff to share their favourite recipes. On behalf of WinnipegREALTORS®, we hope you enjoy these recipes and wishes for a healthy, happy new year!

Ingredients:

1-300 ml can of sweetened condensed milk

300 g (about 2 cups) semi sweet chocolate chips

Variable option:
You can add 1/4 cup of Bailey's Irish Cream, plus add an additional 1/4 cup of chocolate chips

 

Directions:

Put all contents into a microwave safe bowl

60 seconds in the microwave

Stir to consistency

Add in a bit of vanilla and mix in

Spread out on parchment paper in cookie sheet and put in fridge to cool

 

In the fridge for about an hour

Cut to pieces (pizza cutter is easiest to use)

 

Variable option:

Take 1 inch squares, roll into balls and then roll in fresh cocoa. Put on parchment paper and chill

 

Keep chilled until ready to serve
