Ingredients:
1/2 Cup cranberries or golden raisins
2 Cups fresh mushrooms (sliced)
6 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled)
1/2 Cup slivered almonds (can toast in microwave for 2 mins)
1 can mandarin oranges (298 ml / 10 oz. drained)
1/3 - 1/2 red onion (sliced into rings – or smaller if desired)
4 Cups broccoli florets
SAUCE
1 egg beaten (lightly)
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp dry mustard
1/4 Cup water
1/4 Cup vinegar
3 tbsp butter
1/2 Cup mayonnaise
(can use miracle whip, but is much sweeter)
Directions:
Whisk together egg, sugar, cornstarch & mustard
Combine water & vinegar
Slowly whisp into egg mixture & cook until mixture thickens
Stir in butter and mayo, cool
Toss with remaining ingredients
