The launch of the new Commercial Properties Information Exchange (CPIX®) powered by Catylist is approaching.
Scheduled for October 2017, Winnipeg will be the second city in Canada to offer Catylist’s innovative and progressive features and functionality to its Commercial Division members. Catylist currently powers the information exchanges of 40 commercial division boards in the U.S., plus their first Canadian system with the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver.
This new information exchange will be made available to all Commercial Division members, replacing the existing CPIX® system.
Training for Commercial Division members is scheduled for September 20 and 21. Commercial Division administrators have a special training session scheduled for September 19. Please contact Erika Morier to register for training.
In order to provide the best possible experience for both members and clients, Catylist has developed a pristine, empty database, ready to be populated with current and accurate data supplied by Commercial Division members. Any searchable system is dependent on the integrity of its data. To achieve this, CPIX® powered by Catylist will be dispensing with the outdated data currently being utilized by the previous version of CPIX®. All new data will be entered by Commercial Division members in a format that will be usable and useful for all members and clients.
The new CPIX® powered by Catylist system includes a myriad of features that will benefit all members in advancing their commercial opportunities.
For a mandatory fee of $55 per month, members will have access to beneficial features, including:
• Adding unlimited listings
• Receiving email or RSS notifications of properties, posted needs/wants, recent commercial activity and posted industry news, according to individual preferences.
• Creating customized reports and brochures with dozens of options including maps, company branding, demographics and attachments.
• Receiving instant text messages whenever an inquiry is generated for your listings.
• Creating a detailed, search engine optimized online resume, focusing on your expertise, property listings, recent transactions and more.
A new public client website will also be developed by Catylist to complement the new information exchange. This professionally-designed Web portal will enable members to expand the scope of their expertise and listings by providing powerful search functionality and commercial resources for clients. Potential website content will include upcoming commercial events, recent commercial transactions, market statistics, and relevant commercial real estate related articles.
