They’re livable, flexible, and universal. “I usually advise my clients to keep their colour palette close to neutrals,” says Nicole Vidor, a REALTOR® in New York. “The current style is minimal with clean lines — white or neutral walls and light flooring, often stripped to raw wood or pickled with a white, semi-transparent stain.”
