Residential detached homes and condominiums set new July average price records
July 2026 saw the residential detached average price of $454,264 increase 2% from last year and increase 6% from the 5-year average. Condominium average prices of $290,522 increased 2% from July 2025 and increased 5% from the 5-year average.
