The Oxbow 2 at Tuxedo Point

That community?

Oxbow 2 at Tuxedo Point, which continues the tradition of quality and excellence started at Oxbow on the Seine —and that was carried on at Oxbow at Tuxedo Point.

In fact, as good as the previous two projects were, Oxbow 2 at Tuxedo Point is the biggest, best edition of the Oxbow brand to date, says Towers Realty’s marketing manager, Jason van Rooy.

“Our designers have taken the best bits of feedback from customers and added on features and little details of other projects so the suites embody all the best features found in previous projects,” he says. “As a result, the suites offer the best combination of style and livability available in today’s condominium market.”

As has always been the case with the Oxbow brand, Oxbow at Tuxedo Point features and unwavering commitment to constructing buildings of the highest possible quality.

“The buildings feature ICF (Insulated Concrete Form) construction with hollow core floors and masonry walls,” says van Rooy. “The buildings’ ICF envelope makes for an exceptional energy-efficiency, while the hollow core floor/masonry wall construction makes for very quiet suites.”

As for the suites themselves, there are eight different models to choose from: the Marigold (1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 795 sq. ft.); the Burrows 2 (1 bedroom, den, 2 bathrooms, 945 sq. ft.); the Marsh, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, 1,058 sq. ft.); the Birch (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1,113 sq. ft.); the Harbour (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1,223 sq. ft.); the Manitou (2 bedrooms, den, 2 bathrooms, 1,348 sq. ft.); the Devonian 1 (2 bedrooms, den, two bathrooms, 1,419 to 1,486 sq. ft.) ; and the Devonian 2 (2 bedrooms, den, 2 bathrooms, 1,546 to 1,631 sq. ft.).

“Whatever your needs are, there’s a suite to fit you at Oxbow at Tuxedo Point,” he says. “Each of the eight available models has been designed to offer exceptional style, livability and value.”

That value not only stems from reasonable pricing, but from the fact that – unlike most condominium projects – luxurious finishes are standard, not upgrades.

“Here, the most in-demand features are standard, from flooring to countertops to backsplashes,” notes van Rooy. “And that’s just the start.”

From there, all suites at Oxbow 2 come with huge, tri-pane Argon-filled windows that let in loads of natural light; oversized patio doors with sidelights on either side to allow even more natural light to filter into suites; island kitchens with built-In eating nooks and stainless Frigidaire Gallery appliances; and contemporary open-concept layouts that offer exceptional flow.

“Not only do suite layouts offer exceptional livability, but the layouts are such that all bedrooms are separated by living space so they don’t back on to each other – that creates an extra layer of privacy, especially if you have kids.”

Meanwhile, standard finishes mean luxury abounds no matter what space you’re in.

Rich luxury vinyl plank flooring (available in six different standard options) gives suites’ great rooms a warm, welcoming feel, while bathrooms featuring vinyl tile flooring, granite countertops and soaker tubs (all standard) envelope you in serene luxury.

At the same time, suites include a host of subtle design features that only serve to increase their exceptional livability.

“All the little things that people enjoyed in our previous projects have been incorporated in Oxbow 2’s suites,” says van Rooy. “Design features like under-cabinet lighting in kitchens, a dome light in the shower to add extra light, convenient in-suite laundry with stackable, high-efficient washer/dryer – and not one but two elevators in the lobby so there will always be an elevator available to take you up to your suite.”

Not to be overlooked are the amenities that Oxbow 2 offers – both inside and outside the buildings, he adds.

“There’s a common room, plus another separate common room for private or community functions,” he says, adding that residents can also enjoy the convenience of heated underground parking. “And there’s a well-equipped fitness room to enjoy, as well.”

Head outside, and you find beautiful surroundings – and a host of other amenities.

“A communal green space/park with trees and art displays was placed in the centre of the area (occupied by Oxbow 2 and other condos, apartments and luxury rentals) for residents to enjoy. If you need a more vigorous workout, you can walk over to Goodlife Fitness next door. You can even go for a brisk walk or jog on nearby trails.”

A diverse collection of stores is also nearby: IKEA, outlet stores in the Seasons of Tuxedo, Sobey’s, and much more.

Restaurants, entertainment (Cineplex McGillivray move theatre) and a host of services are also just minutes away, whileNature lovers will also love the fact that Oxbow 2 is just a short drive from Fort Whyte Alive, Assiniboine Park and the Assiniboine Forest.

“The location of Oxbow 2 is fantastic,” says van Rooy. “You’re not only in a central location that’s close to everything in the city, but you’re also close to natural elements. There’s no location like it – Oxbow 2 is nestled beautifully between some of the city’s greenest spaces and wildest places. You have the best of both worlds – a location that’s close to city conveniences, yet that’s also close to nature.”

In short, Oxbow 2 is the total package, offering a central yet natural location and a diverse collection of thoughtfully-designed suites that provide a perfect blend of style and livability.

“Oxbow 2 truly embodies all the best features of our previous projects. Drop by to take a firsthand look at all it has to offer. I believe you’ll be impressed, and will want to make it your home.”
