Stacey was born and raised in Winnipeg and knows the city very well. She spent 7 years driving for Winnipeg transit and 15 helping run her husbands roofing and renovations company, which helped her not only gain extensive knowledge of the city, but also dealing with the public. She has always been friendly and outgoing, and been known to lend a helping hand to those in need. She and her husband have donated to various charities over the years including the Christmas Cheer board, Siloam Mission, Winnipeg Humane Society and Pet Rescues.
Stacey loves children and especially babies. If she knows you and you've happened to have had a baby, chances are you've received a beautiful baby blanket crocheted by Stacey, which always gives her great joy. She has a way with children, they are drawn to her as she to them. She has been driving for the Hanover and Red River school divisions for a few years and is known to be a favourite bus driver of among many of the children.
