Wes began his real estate career in 1990. After a few years of specializing in commercial real estate Wes saw a void in the Steinbach market and approached a builder to begin plans for Steinbach's first condominium. Since 1995 Wes has been specializing in the condo market and since the beginning has worked closely with Steinbach’s premier builder / developer G&E Homes.

Wes also works with many buyers and sellers in single family residential, commercial and investment properties.

As of July 2012, Wes and his son Keith took over management of RE/MAX Performance Realty in Steinbach.
