I find it immensely rewarding to work with people from all walks of life who need to buy, sell or invest in residential or commercial real estate, right from the first-time buyer who needs a lot of hand-holding to the savvy investor who is looking for hidden gems. This is a natural extension of the training I had as a lawyer. I particularly enjoy putting deals together and real estate development projects.

Having started volunteering since my primary school years as a girl guide, I have a deep sense of giving back to the community in outreach work. I have sat on Boards as diverse as Seven Oaks General Hospital, Travel Manitoba and Winnipeg Chinese Cultural and Community Centre. I am currently Board Chair of Winnipeg Chinatown Non-Profit Housing Corporation and we manage two low-income housing complexes in the heart of Chinatown. I also volunteer on the REN/PR Committee of the Winnipeg Real Estate Board.

I have lived in three continents, am fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. I also speak conversational French.
