It has been a pleasure to be a 40 plus year member of the Winnipeg Regional Real Estate Board. My 30 year tenure as broker/authorized official of 3 different real estate firms in the past has contributed to my marketing experience. My 3 year appointment to the Board of Revision for the City of Winnipeg property tax appeals was an excellent insight into the appraisal/tax world. As well, after being a former member of the Industrial Commercial and Investment Division of WRREB for 25 years, I have gained a valuable education. My insurance broker experience in property for 30 years was an asset gaining my insurance agency management degree. My focus now is on marketing residential and commercial properties for sale. My emphasis is sharing knowledge and experience with my clients. Coming from a real estate family background, I would say, I have been doing this my entire life.
