Bob has been privileged to help thousands of home-buyers and home-sellers over the past four decades to successfully achieve their real estate goals. He started off his real estate career with Del Bro Real Estate Ltd. where he was their Top Producing REALTOR for 10 consecutive years, in addition to being the recipient of numerous gold, silver and bronze MLS Awards through the Winnipeg Realtor’s Association. In 1993 Bob was ranked by Lead Marketing as 25th.out of 80,000 REALTORS in Canada for the number of units sold.Bob’s reputation and business grew creating the need to create a Team of Real Estate Professionals to ensure that his goal to provide Excellence in Customer Service and Satisfaction would be upheld.
Bob leads his Team with the same Award Winning Service that he has provided since acquiring his license in 1979 - keeping up-to-date with the latest in technology, marketing, professional continuing education and market trends. He is supported by added value employees and services such as a multi-media co-ordinator, professional photography, staging and a senior’s discount. Community involvement and giving back is important to Bob. He is an award winning and avid fisherman at a Professional Level and leveraged his love for the sport by co-founding a Charity Fishing Tournament called Reel Solutions for Youth, in addition to being a founding organizer of The Manitoba Real Estate Association’s REALTORS CARE Fishing Tournament. Bob is also a car enthusiast who currently enjoys his Audi R8.
Bob is married to his wife, Deb - his partner both personally and professionally. He is also the proud father of his daughter, Ashley and of course their dog-son - a Yorkie named Simon.
