What’s new at RECOM 360?
 
The Call Centre's transformation to RECOM 360, a full service communications service for the association, continues with the upcoming launch of its Broker Web Chat service. Scheduled to be introduced to the membership this summer, the service will offer web chat capabilities that can be made available on your website.
 
This exciting new feature delivers another way for you to connect with your prospects and clients. Like our current telephone service, these chats are supported by RECOM 360 customer service representatives that connect these chats to the REALTOR® or provide the information requested.
 
What is Broker Web Chat?
 
Broker Web Chat is a system that allows your website visitors to communicate in real time using easy-to-use online interfaces. It is distinguished by its simplicity and accessibility to users who do not have to leave the page to ask questions. This allows instantaneous access to information and will be available on any web browser and any device. Users will always get the latest version of the chat service as no additional software installation or updates are required.
 
Watch for the official launch date on the Keystone portal and in an upcoming edition of the Relator.
